All of our house plans can be modified to better suit your needs. Our plans are computer-drawn which significantly increases the feasibility of many modifications. You may opt to have us modify a plan or hire a local company to make such modifications.

Some of the most common modifications include changes to garage door orientation, window & door placements, exterior style/material changes, adding or decreasing square footage, etc...

Due to the sometimes complex nature of plan modifications, we are unable to give accurate quotes over the phone. Please, submit all modification requests either by e-mail or fax them to (512)474-7112. We will then provide you with a written estimate of any modification costs.

Please, keep in mind that Hajek & Associates, Inc. retains all copyrights to plans - even if modified or any derivative works there of. Furthermore, you are licensed to construct only one residence from plans, regardless of any modifications being made.
