• CAD Draftsman / Designer
  
  Description:
  This opening is for a CAD draftsman/designer responsible for creation, modifications and redlining of complex construction drawings for mid to high-end custom single-family homes.
  
  Requirements:
  - min. 2 yrs. experience in residential drafting & design (this is NOT an entry-level position)
  - AutoCAD proficiency
  - knowledge of the current IRC
  - design background preferred
  
  Compensation & Benefits:
  Pay will be based on the applicant's qualifications and proficiency.
